This electronics brakes are easy to install thanks to the quick connection provided in accordance with EN 022.
To perform a quality job, close attention always needs to be paid. For this reason, in addition to meeting various safety requirements, CFD Electronic braking device can check and program the time and the intesity of the braking action by means of an alphanumerical display unit and keyboard

| CFD made by GER: are heavy-duty so as to improve productivity with complete safety. Designed to operate with three-phase or single-phase asynchronous motors with a rated voltage of 230-400 V and frequency of 50-100-200 Hz. CFD devices made by GER Elettronica provide a solution that is capable of increasing the functionality of machineries so as to manage them better and with maximum safety. Adaptable to your production demands and to any type of plant system, CFD devices are available in two versions, with different amperage: 40 Amp and 80 Amp. |

A display is provided so as to be completely under control. |
The braking action is activated by opening the running contactor. Once that is done, everything is under control. In fact, the diagnostics uses the alphanumerical display unit and the function buttons, which make the CFD devices very easy to use. Thanks to the display unit, the user can check, set or visualize: - the braking current - the braking time - the signalling of the alarm status of the braking current (in accordance to required standards provided by the EN 691 “Woodworking Machinery” safety regulations). |
