TOP 300 is the measuring machine made by GER Elettronica incredibly compact, high performance and precise, designed to perform high quality measurements on leather surfaces in extreme reduced spaces using the most advanced technology.

Two processors are bettern than one!
With two combined powerful processors of 32 bit, the machine reaches high levels of performance and amazing calculation capabilities.

All information always under control.
The bright high resolution colour Maxi Display (5,7” QVGA) has an accurate graphic interface. As a result, navigation of the menus is quick and user-friendly.

Precision is insignificant without control
The measuring system is made by rollers which enable the leather to be spread during the measuring phase to get the exact area reading of all type of leathers even very soft leathers or with small thickness. The machine can also measure thick rigid leathers like hides. The rear reclining bench allows to use the machine with one or two operators.

Electronic speed variator
The electronic speed variator improves the measuring performances carried out by the machine as permits to adjust the speed in accordance to the type of leather to be checked. The measuring process can be completed by the semi-automatic stamping of the surface on the leather and the print out of the fiche on paper.

Thanks to the programmes and to its functions which can be easily made using the keyboard and the display, TOP 300 permits to one
user only to carry out the measuring operations with extreme easiness, great precision and in a short period of time.
Some of the main functions and devices which make the operator’s tasks easer for him are:

• Automatic or manual tests that provide a check on the machine functions

Indestructible
The powder polyester paint, furnace processed, with anticorrosion treatment, the chassis and sealed electronic components, the special antidust washers and the waterproofed keyboard provide sturdiness and safety that is essential for any type of environmental and working condition and helps reduce maintenance as well as cleaning operations.

Photoelements
The detection process takes place by means of photoelements with high efficient infrared rays placed 20 mm apart from the other so as to make very precise and reliable measurements.

We have reduced the bulk size, nevertheless not the quality.
An extreme reduction in size allows for TOP 300 to be placed in any production cycle, and at the same time guarantees maximum quality and accuracy with its measurement functions. For instance, the 1600 model (the basic model) has a width of 1900mm, a total length of only 1230 mm and provides a working width of 1600mm.
