Once spread, the leather is measured by the measuring system that uses photoelements with infrared rays that detect the thickness and the size. The reliability of the GER software, which it is equipped with enables Bluexpand to carry out perfect measurement, even on pickled or Wet Blue leathers. The measurement system is indeed capable of measuring surfaces with maximum precision, this also thanks to the measurement testing, the acoustic detectors and the constant checks made to all the operations with the microprocessor. Moreover with Bluexpand it is also possible to install devices so as to perform automatic thicknesses measurements. Sturdiness and resistance to perform at maximum levels. A solid structure made of steel to deal with heavy duty jobs with perfection. Bluexpand is made of non-tempered steel, non magnetic, particularly resistant to corrosion, made with AISI 316 to guarantee maximum firmness and functioning strength even under prohibitive work conditions. The conveyor mat made of rubber with a closed loop lays on the steel structure in which the leather widening automatic device operates.
