Ger Elettronica’s activity began with the construction of economizers for leather dyeing plants, and continued with electronic measuring machines that are now manufactured in more than 60 models, automation for leather packing Kompact, bar code labelling systems, software supervising the tanning production system Le@therNet.
In addition to the tannery machines, the company manufactures leather measuring machines for footwear factories, leathergoods manufacturers and sofa manufacturers.
There are basically two products:
- TOP E the measuring machine normally placed in the warehouse that controls size and quality of the materials received
from suppliers.
- MAP SH300 the measuring machine that calculates the cutting yield of models. In prototyping phase this machine gives data about material consumption and output, and enables us to calculate production costs,
material need and to optimise consumption.
Now we are working at full capacity for the leather sector: however we are going to approach other sectors, as we are doing already for industrial automation.
