Bauce dismbarks in Brazil

Bauce Brasil

The Trissino company has opened a new factory in Rio Grande Do Sul: “Brazil is our largest market”.

Clients in China, Turkey, Africa and halfway around the world, 15 million Euros turnover and 7-8 wet leather machines produced every month. In August 2011 Bauce celebrated its 1500th tannery machine sold, in April 2012 it inaugurated Bauce do Brasile: 2300 square meters in the centre of Ivoti, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, in Brazil. This is Bauce Tri.Ma from Trissino in the province of Vicenza, specialised in wet-blue presses andand set-out machines, which continues to increase its number of factories and with this latest opening, testifies its vocation to be constantly at its customer’s side even abroad.

Today Brazil is the largest leather producer, the largest market – Luca Bauce commented, who, with his sisters Michela and Sabrina, runs the family firm that was founded 40 years ago by their father Attilio, who still works in the internal R&D department in the Vicenza factory – therefore these new premises were necessary, where we service and control all the used machines and give technological service to our clients”.

Bauce in Brazil has effectively been working since April 2005: however before they were in rented premises, but they have now inaugurated their own where 15 technicians are currently employed who began work after being trained in Italy. The logic behind this business choice is to provide technological assistance to the Brazilian tanning companies, who can count on specialised staff from Bauce do Brasile for the commissioning, maintenance, replacement and assistance for all their tanning equipment.

Bauce Tri.ma in Trissino has had ISO certification since 2011, and has obtained authentication for its quality management system according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 standards.

With this disembarkation in Brazil, the company project continues to achieve the targets defined in the quality policy to improve the company organisation efficiency and to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
